By accessing or using CutterKing (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

CutterKing is an online platform for generating 3D files (STL, OBJ, SVG) for cookie cutters, stamps, silicone molds, and other artisanal baking products. The Service operates through a credits and subscriptions system.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• One account per person or entity.
• You may not transfer your account to third parties.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by your country's law. Subscription plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

Designs you generate through the Service belong to you. CutterKing retains rights to its technology, brand, and pre-made designs in the Library.

CutterKing is not responsible for issues arising from 3D printing, file compatibility with specific printers, or improper use of generated designs. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms at any time. Important changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance.
